She is a contributing writer for La Cucina Italiana, a Condé Nast publication that focuses on Italian cuisine, one of her greatest passions. Favorite travel memory:
Learning to surf in Bali. Ever since watching “Blue Crush” as a teenager, I dreamed of being this badass surfer chick. Fast forward to my 30’s when I had the chance to hop onto a board for the first time in Caangu, Bali. I thought I did pretty well, but have to give it to our instructor for setting me up on the waves!
Something you always travel with:
A carry-on! Packing light makes travel much less stressful - less options to sift through, no wasted time anxiously waiting at the carousel, and zero chance of your bag getting lost along the way. I can’t tell you how many times traveling with a carry-on helped me make a tight connection. It’s the way to go!

When she isn’t planning once-in-a-lifetime journey’s for SETTE clients, you’ll likely find her on a yoga mat doing handstands, pulling tarot cards, planning her next trip, climbing mountains, or working on a creative design project. With visits to over 40 countries under her belt, she has a knack for sourcing hidden gems - from lesser known boutique hotels to ultra-luxe sleep out’s under the stars.
Favorite travel memory:
Seeing Mt. Everest for the first time! It was the last day of a 7-night trek from Lukla to base camp and the weather was cloudy the entire trip. I thought at that point that I may not have a chance to see it all (which was crushing) but then the clouds opened up for just a few minutes. I shed a tear!
Something you always travel with:
Compression socks for the plane (this is a game changer for leg swelling) and a travel steamer!
